Wow, busy, busy, busy day. To start off with, I got up and made Kevin's lunch for work and coffee to go.. Then, I got my self presentable (enough) and went to the grocery store. I returned home by 8:30. After putting away the eats, I went outside and completely cleaned off the deck. I moved the covered swing over to the side and made lots more room. Then I gave it a good sweep...which always makes it look bigger. Brice, Sydney and I went to visit Mimi at Kims. I haven't had a good conversation with her in a very long time. She was quite happy to see Brice and I'm so glad that he was there with us. I had my camera with me and took this of the girls with the Coon kittens. They have grown so much since the spring when they were soooo tiny! This afternoon we went to Moms, I cooked Kielbasa, corn on the cob and we had some chicken salad and crusty bread with vegetable cream cheese. It was yummy, and Mom always cooks for us so I wanted to do that for them. It was a fun day overall...busy, but fun. Tomorrow Sydney and I are going to Lorraine's for the night. We are having a big girl slumber party, going to watch the meteor shower that is supposed to be quite impressive. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the clouds will clear for that.
