It's October! My favorite time of year aside from the fact that the taxes are due! I've been quite busy getting the yard 'harvested' up. The gourd vine is officially toast! Now it truely looks creepy which works for me ha ha... I set 2 sections of rustic fence on either side, bales of hay, and pumpkins to complete the look. The Pumpkin party is two weeks from tomorrow. I am picking up my invitations today and will be sending them at the start of next week. On Wednesday I got my Canon RebelXS. My first dslr. I certainly can tell the difference in the quality and depth of the photography. I'm very excited to learn all this camera has to offer, I've even gotten my first 'job'. Photographing a wonderful family with twin toddlers. I'm looking forward to it. Supposed to happen on Sunday, but the forecast is for rain, torrential rain~bummer! Hopefully, we can get it scheduled very soon, the foliage is so gorgeous right now, it's amazing. These photos are the very first from the new camera.
